News and Information

Here are some great ways to keep up with our exciting times:

The Economist

In my opinion this is one of the most thoughtful digest of news that is readily available. Provides a good summary of American and world events without necessarily taking the side of any particular country.

Drudge Report

Probably as biased as the Huffington Post but in the opposite direction, nevertheless the fastest way to know what's going on. Perhaps the world's most effective individual networker whose bottom line seems to be to get the story first regardless of consequences - puts together a routinely entertaining and efficient site.

TED

"Ideas worth spreading" - presentations by some of the luminaries of our time on new thoughts and discoveries.

Wired

Imaginative extrapolation bordering on science fiction, but with enough conviction to make you feel like you're learning while being entertained.
